Elmo's Teledriven Car Receives Green Light in Lithuania for Cross-Border Testing

Estonian tech company Elmo has secured approval from the Lithuanian Ministry of Transport to conduct teledriving tests on public roads in Lithuania. Currently participating in the "Transport Innovation Forum," Elmo is testing cross-border teledriving from Vilnius, using a car located in Estonia. This milestone makes Lithuania the third country to accept Elmo's street-legal teledriven car. Enn Laansoo Jr., the founder and CEO of Elmo, expressed satisfaction with the growing trust in their teledriving technology, emphasizing its market readiness. The company, having gained valuable experience in eight countries and over 25 cities, aims to expand its teledriving services globally.
