The Environment & Transport Department of the City of Oslo is responsible for urban development, mobility strategy and climate action plan (zero emission zones, car-free city centre, integration of active modes in public transport, micromobility strategy)

Entur is a state-owned company established in 2016 to streamline public transportation services across the country. It manages ticket sales and provides travel information for various transport operators, including trains, buses, trams, and ferries. Entur's digital platforms includes a national journey planner and ticketing solutions.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is a government agency responsible for the planning, construction, and maintenance of national and county roads in Norway. It oversees driver training and licensing, vehicle inspections, and traffic safety initiatives. The agency operates under the Ministry of Transport and Communications.

This project is supported by EIT Urban Mobility, an initiative of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), a body of the European Union. EIT Urban Mobility acts to accelerate positive change on mobility to make urban spaces more liveable.
